Director/Senior Director, Demand, US (New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles)

About the Role: Director, Demand 

Step into a leadership role at the cutting edge of gaming and media as our next Director, Demand! In this high-impact sales role, you’ll be instrumental in building Frameplay’s presence and driving revenue growth in North America. As a key point of contact for new agency and client-direct partners, you’ll help them see the potential of intrinsic in-game ads and build relationships that elevate Frameplay’s impact in the media landscape. You’ll work directly with the VP of Demand, to shape Frameplay’s success in this crucial growth stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Frameplay’s growth by managing the full sales cycle: from prospecting and creating proposals to negotiating and closing deals with agencies and brands.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key personnel at top agencies to grow Frameplay’s market share in in-game ad revenues.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Operations teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and results.
  • Represent your clients within Frameplay, advocating for their needs and ensuring they see long-term value in Frameplay’s offerings.
  • Travel up to 25% to engage with clients, attend industry events, and participate in team-building and strategy sessions.

Your Background & Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital media, AdTech, or advertising, ideally with a successful sales background.
  • Proven relationships within the media and marketing world, including agencies and brands, with experience selling digital ad solutions.
  • Experience in gaming is a nice to have but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a growth-oriented, problem-solving approach.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, as is experience in media sales or client service.
